Job descriptionExperience : 6–8 years of relevant experience leading business finance functions after completing CA. Education : Chartered Accountant (1st attempt) Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical abilities. Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero. Clear, effective written and verbal communication. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment. Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and leadership dashboards.
- Strategic Finance : Guide the leadership team on cash flow, business strategy, and long-term financial planning.
- Accounting & Operations : Oversee day-to-day finance operations, payroll, audit readiness, and all statutory compliance.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations : Create investor materials, support fundraising efforts, and manage ongoing investor communication.
- Systems & Compliance : Set up financial systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure strong governance.
- Product Support : Collaborate with the product team on initiatives related to GST, payments, and regulatory requirements.
