Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Strong technical understanding of molecular diagnostic products and laboratory workflows. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer interaction skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Job Title : Technical Support Executive / Application Specialist
Location : Preferably Coimbatore, or any other city in Tamil Nadu
Experience Required
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support or Applications
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely product demonstrations and perform troubleshooting, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Visit laboratories, customer sites, and participate in programs / EXPOs to showcase and promote products.
- Conduct monthly performance checks of High Throughput (HTP) and NAT Labs, including existing customer locations.
- Guide and support internal teams to ensure smooth planning and processing of customer samples.
- Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, presentations (PPTs), user manuals, and IFUs in an easily accessible format.
- Collect, document, and share customer feedback with R&D, Production, and QC teams for continuous improvement.
