Role : Collection Agent (Voice Process)

Location : Gurgaon, Sector-44

Process : Health Insurance EMI Policy Collection

Job Responsibilities :

Contact customers regarding their pending EMI payments.

Explain EMI dues and provide solutions for timely payments.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Ensure quality customer service while achieving collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria :

Minimum Qualification : Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

Prior experience in collections or customer service will be an advantage.

Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn can also apply.
