About the Role We are hiring an Associate for the Strategy & Planning Office — for someone who brings strong financial literacy, structured thinking, and the ability to convert complex business and technology inputs into crisp, investor-ready outputs. This is a hybrid role spanning fundraising support, strategic communication, AI-enabled research, and high-quality documentation. You will often be the coordination point for investors, bankers, and external partners. About the Reporting Manager – Member of the Board You will work directly with a Board Member who has built and scaled ventures across technology, consumer, and defence sectors. He works closely with investors, bankers, and leadership teams on strategy, valuation, organisational structuring, and long-term planning. This role gives you unprecedented exposure to multi-business strategy and investor-facing communication. Investor, Banking & External Coordination (30%) - Act as the coordination point with PE / VC firms, bankers, and advisors - Prepare investor briefs, follow-ups, and communication packs - Manage investor outreach, schedules, summaries, and WhatsApp / email updates - Understand the full fundraising cycle : SAFE, CCD, ESOPs, dilution, valuation, DD 2. Decks, Storytelling & Digital Assets (25%) - Build pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and strategic presentations - Use AI tools for research, structuring, and design - Convert technical / operational details into simple, strategic narratives - Maintain digital footprint, corporate materials, and media assets 3. Data Room, Documentation & Compliance (20%) - Build and maintain investor / banker data rooms - Coordinate with finance, legal, secretarial, and operations teams - Ensure compliance readiness for fundraising and strategic reviews - Maintain structured trackers and document libraries 4. Strategic Analysis, Research & First-Principles Work (15%) - Conduct deep dives on markets, competitors, and global benchmarks - Identify insights that influence strategy and positioning - Apply first-principles thinking to simplify problems and propose solutions - Prepare concise strategy notes and briefs for leadership 5.
