About the Company :
The Company is an upmarket hotel chain known for its luxury and exceptional guest experiences and maintains a strong public presence in the hospitality sector. They are seeking a strategic leader to develop and execute a robust Investor Relations program that ensures clear, consistent, and compliant communication with the financial community, supports our valuation, and enhances shareholder trust.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Investor Relations Strategy & Management :
Develop and execute a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy that aligns with the company's financial goals, growth trajectory, and public market positioning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the financial community, including institutional investors, retail investors, and sell-side / buy-side analysts.
Manage the company's quarterly and annual earnings process, including developing earnings scripts, drafting press releases, preparing comprehensive Q&A documents, and coordinating with the executive team.
Organize and execute non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and site visits globally to broaden the investor base and improve market understanding.
2. Communication and Compliance :
Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent disclosure of all material information in full compliance with SEBI regulations, Listing Obligations, and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
Continuously monitor, analyze, and summarize analyst research, market feedback, and competitor performance for presentation to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Maintain and enhance the Investor Relations section of the company website.
Craft presentations, fact sheets, and other communication materials used for external stakeholder engagement.
3. Market and Valuation Analysis :
Monitor stock performance, shareholder base composition, and liquidity trends.
Conduct detailed analysis of competitor IR programs and industry best practices.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure consistent and accurate data is used in all public-facing financial communication.
Qualifications / Experience :
CA / Top-Tier MBA graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10-15 years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research, with a significant tenure managing IR for a publicly listed company in India.
Strong preference for candidates experienced in Hospitality sector.
Deep and current knowledge of SEBI regulations, LODR, and capital market practices in India.
Proven ability to interact and build credibility with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of valuation models, accounting principles (Ind AS / IFRS), and financial statements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
