Technical IT Recruiter

We are seeking experienced Technical IT recruiter with a minimum 5-8yrs experience. The ideal candidate should be able to do the following :

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Infra, Networking, and Support-related roles.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates from portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate experience, technical exposure, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Pipeline & Process Management

Industry & Role Understanding

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience
