CompetitivIA is launching its next-generation AI App designed for global adoption.

We are looking for a Senior App Growth & Sales Expert — someone who knows exactly how to :

• Scale an app
• Drive massive user acquisition
• Build predictable revenue
• Sell subscriptions
• Optimize conversion funnels
• Execute with speed, discipline, and method

This is NOT a marketing coordinator role.

This is NOT a junior sales role.

This is a high-level execution role for someone who has already scaled an app — or contributed significantly to its breakout growth.

Your Core Mission : Grow the App. Sell the App. Scale the App. You will be responsible for end-to-end growth execution , including :

1️⃣ App Sales & Monetization Sell the App directly to companies, teams, and individuals

Drive subscription revenue (B2B & B2C)

Convert leads produced by our AI funnel

Run demos, close deals, and upsell expansions

2️⃣ User Acquisition & Growth Loops Install acquisition systems for continuous user growth

Drive downloads, activations, retention, and referrals

Analyze user behavior and optimize growth loops

3️⃣ Funnel & Conversion Optimization Improve onboarding flows

Increase conversion rates (free → paid → long-term)

Reduce churn using data & fast experimentation

4️⃣ Global Scaling Expand the app in priority regions :

Egypt

Kuwait

Identify growth hotspots and replicate successful models worldwide

Deploy proven acquisition strategies across markets

This role is about execution, numbers, traction, and growth — not deck-building.

Profile We Want You are a good fit if you :

Have already helped scale one (or more) mobile apps

Understand the mechanics of app monetization

Can sell an AI product to decision-makers

Know how to drive user acquisition at speed

Are comfortable working with KPIs and weekly targets

Move fast, learn fast, and execute without waiting for instructions

Speak confidently to founders, CEOs, and international partners

Languages : English required.

Arabic, French, or Spanish are strong advantages.
