This isa full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist located in Chennai. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions, compounding medications as needed, advising healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of medications, and ensuring patients receive optimal pharmaceutical care. Additional duties include providing medication counseling to patients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Expertise in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care

Strong knowledge of Pharmacy and Medicine

Skillset in medication Compounding

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring patient safety

Licensed pharmacist with relevant certifications

Experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy is an advantage
