Key Responsibilities :

Drive fresh bookings and manage the complete sales cycle for residential and farmhouse properties.

Build, strengthen, and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, investors, and high-net-worth clients in the Gurugram market.

Conduct property visits, showcase project features, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Understand client requirements, recommend suitable options, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain market awareness, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams for documentation, customer support, and post-sales coordination.

Achieve monthly sales targets with a performance-driven approach and ensure accurate reporting.

Required Experience & Skills :

Prior experience in residential real estate, specifically in fresh bookings and farmhouse transactions , is mandatory.
