Job descriptionStay ahead of local laws, regulations, and master circulars. Ensure timely adaptation and compliance across business units. Implement and monitor ICIF controls. Coordinate regular testing and reporting to maintain global standards and foster a culture of integrity. Collaborate with business, control, and risk teams to communicate compliance requirements and share best practices. Drive readiness for IRDAI and other regulatory inspections. Identify and address compliance concerns proactively. Review processes, identify gaps, and implement enhancements to strengthen Zurich's compliance function over the long term. Proven experience in compliance, with a strong focus on compliance testing and assurance. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (insurance sector preferred). Familiarity with Zurich Group policies and global compliance standards. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and drive change across teams. Professional certification in compliance, risk, or related fields (preferred). Key Responsibilities :
Lead Compliance Assurance :
- Oversee the implementation and periodic testing of Zurich Group policies (AML, TES, ABC, COI, DPRM, DIS, ATFC, AEI, IC Policy). Provide assurance to key stakeholders on regulatory and policy compliance.
Monitor Regulatory Changes :
Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) :

Prepare for Regulatory Inspections :
