About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube. You will lead content creation, community building, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions
Key Responsibilities
Social Strategy & Execution
- Lead and execute social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Manage end-to-end publishing, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals
Content Creation & Trendspotting
Ideate and create compelling, platform-first content (reels, videos, graphics, GIFs, etc.)Keep a pulse on emerging trends, formats, and cultural moments to drive engagementPaid Media & Influencer Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for awareness and lead generationIdentify, onboard, and manage influencer partners and brand advocatesTrack ROI of influencer and ad campaignsCommunity Growth & Engagement
Build meaningful engagement through active community managementMonitor sentiment and drive positive interactions with audiencesAnalytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and platform analytics to improve performanceGenerate regular reports with actionable insightsCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to support launches, events, and campaignsAlign social media activities with overall marketing initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field1-3 years experience managing social media for a brandStrong knowledge of all major social media platforms and paid media toolsExcellent copywriting and storytelling abilitiesBasic design / video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred)Passionate about trends, content innovation, and digital-first storytellingAnalytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
