The ideal candidate should be capable of addressing basic customer complaints and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Identify and resolve technical issues related to application integration. Customer Communication : Communicate effectively with customers, understand their concerns, and guide them toward solutions. Documentation and Knowledge Base : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Contribute to building and updating the knowledge base. Training and Guidance : Provide users with training and guidance on how to use the application effectively. Escalation : Recognize when to escalate complex issues to senior support staff or engineering teams. Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
