About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented iManage Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the iManage document management platform and will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Support : Provide first-level support for the iManage platform by addressing user inquiries and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
- System Maintenance : Conduct regular system health checks, install updates and patches, and manage overall system maintenance activities to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve technical issues related to iManage, including integration problems with other enterprise systems.
- Collaboration : Partner with IT, infrastructure, and legal technology teams to ensure seamless implementation, configuration, and integration of iManage solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain up-to-date documentation on system architecture, configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and issue resolution guides.
- Technical Expertise : Utilize in-depth knowledge of the iManage platform (cloud and on-prem), related legal applications, and enterprise IT environments to provide expert-level support.
Required Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 4 years in application or technical support, with direct experience in supporting iManage platforms.Technical Skills : Proficiency with the iManage suite (Work, Share, Threat Manager, etc.), cloud environments, and integration with legal and enterprise tools.Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical, diagnostic, and root-cause analysis skills.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
Experience working in a legal or professional services environment.Familiarity with document lifecycle management and compliance standards.Knowledge of ITIL processes or similar service frameworks.ref : hirist.tech)
