About the Role :
The Head of Sales will lead and scale Ueir Organic Foods' sales across retail, e-commerce, and institutional channels. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and create sales systems that accelerate our journey and beyond.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Forecast, plan, and monitor sales performance across all channels (retail, online, distribution, HoReCa, etc.).
- Identify and open new revenue streams and city-wise expansion opportunities.
2. Retail & Channel Sales
Drive sales performance in all Ueir Organic Stores through store-level targets, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.Develop partnerships with organic retailers, supermarkets, and distributors.Improve store-level profitability and footfall conversions.3. E-commerce & B2C Sales
Oversee sales growth through ueirorganic.com , marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and quick commerce channels.Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost conversions, repeat purchase rates, and average order value.4. Team Leadership & Development
Build, train, and mentor a strong sales team including regional managers, business development executives, and promoters.Set clear KPIs, review performance, and ensure strong accountability and motivation.5. Partnerships & Institutional Sales
Develop bulk and corporate tie-ups with schools, hospitals, cafes, and organic food businesses.Drive channel diversification and long-term strategic partnerships.6. Reporting & Insights
Monitor sales analytics, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decisions.Present regular reports on performance, profitability, and growth opportunities to leadership.Key Skills & Qualifications :
8–12 years of proven experience in FMCG / Organic / Retail / Food & Beverage sectors.Strong leadership and communication skills with team-building capability.Experience in both offline retail and online D2C sales preferred.Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and innovation.Performance Metrics :
