Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re hunting for creators who already create in the medical / PCB space—whether you're a medical career expert or an ex-NEET dropper who bounced back with a great story. Someone who’s great on camera, lives on social media, and can turn anything—from study abroad tips to medical career insights—into scroll-stopping content. If you love experimenting and want to be the face of a growing brand, you’ll fit right in.

The Charter will include

Script, write, and deliver engaging copy while confidently appearing on camera.

Create and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)

Spot and adapt trends, memes, and cultural moments to make them relevant for the study abroad audience.

Manage content calendars, posting, and engagement across social media platforms.

Track performance metrics and continuously improve based on engagement and growth data.

Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life.

Ideal Persona Would Have

At least 2 year of experience in digital content creation (professional role, internship, or personal projects).

A Medical Career Pathway Expert who knows healthcare / life sciences / PCB careers inside-out.

Hands-on experience running an active social media handle (brand, creator, or community) with consistent posting and measurable growth.

Experience scripting, and being on-camera for published short-form and long -form content .

Strong storytelling skills with a creative hustle mindset—constantly experimenting with new formats and ideas.

A visible portfolio or social handle that demonstrates creativity and measurable engagement.

Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.

There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
