Job descriptionPartner with sales to qualify opportunities, identify fitment, and articulate value propositions through ROI-driven discussions. Develop and deliver compelling live demos, workshops, and customized presentations that highlight intalk.ios capabilities and differentiation. Prepare detailed RFP / RFI responses, technical proposals, and solution architecture documentation to support the end-to-end sales cycle. Act as the key interface between clients, sales, and engineering teamsensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities. Stay abreast of emerging trends in cloud communications, AI-driven CX platforms, and CRM ecosystems to proactively position intalk. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills with the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes. Proven ability to deliver persuasive product demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level and enterprise stakeholders. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, customer engagement systems, or CX / Contact Center technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail in documentation and client interaction. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Masters preferred). Relevant certifications in Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or Pre-Sales Consulting are advantageous
