Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a creative individual who is highly skilled in Artificial Intelligence, experienced as a top seller of books on major Indian e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), and proficient in YouTube promotion and influencer marketing.

The ideal candidate will drive the growth and visibility of our book catalog, leveraging AI-driven strategies and powerful digital campaigns.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute creative AI-powered strategies for selling books on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze market trends, sales analytics, and competitor data using AI tools to maintain the #1 seller position.
• Ideate and launch engaging digital campaigns, including YouTube video promotions targeting relevant audiences.
• Collaborate with top influencers, book bloggers, and key social media personalities to amplify book promotion and drive conversions.
• Lead and manage cross-channel content creation (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), optimizing for engagement and sales.
• Innovate in book listing, reviews, and targeted advertising using AI-driven automation and personalization.
• Coordinate with authors, publishers, and design teams for book launches and digital events.
• Report and improve campaign performance using data analytics, A / B testing, and AI-based optimizations.
• Candidate Requirements :
• Demonstrated success as a top seller of books on Amazon, Flipkart, or similar Indian e-commerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, analytics platforms, SEO for e-commerce, and automation software.
• Creative portfolio showcasing content for YouTube, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Proven network and collaboration history with key book influencers and marketers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; Hindi / English proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and results-driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Preferred Skills :
• Experience in the publishing industry, digital book promotion, and virtual event launches.
• Advanced knowledge of YouTube SEO, paid ads, and organic growth strategies.
• Ability to train and mentor teams on AI-powered book sales and digital marketing best practices.
