We are hiring an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive – Food / FMCG . The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the food and FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Food / FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Achieve sales targets by managing existing accounts and generating new leads.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3 – 5 years of proven experience in Food / FMCG sales & marketing .Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail networks, and B2B sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Willingness to travel within the region.Skills Required
