Job descriptionB.Com or M.Com Strong computer skills : Tally Prime, MS Excel (Advanced) GST laws and compliance (GSTR filings, ITC reconciliation) Income Tax compliance (ITR preparation, TDS / TCS, Tax Audit) Accounting Standards (Ind-AS, GAAP) Banking Operations (BRS, fund transfers, credit facility compliance) ROC / MCA compliance and regulations Tally ERP expertise (data entry, report generation, month-end / year-end closure, E- Invoice, E-way Bill) Financial Analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet interpretation, variance analysis) Strong time management and deadline-focused approach Proactive problem-solving ability Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical approach Adaptability and willingness to learn
