Key Responsibilities
Sales & Advisory
Handle end-to-end sales for General Insurance products
Conduct detailed consultation calls & close leads efficiently
Explain policies clearly and provide the right advisory
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Manage renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests
Offer high-quality support during claims or emergencies
Maintain consistent client communication and relationships
Claims Assistance
Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, and underwriters
Ensure smooth and timely claim settlement for clients
Training & Coordination
Attend insurer product training sessions
Stay updated on new policies and underwriting guidelines
Maintain all client-related data in CRM / software
