Role Overview
We’re looking for a Commercial Pharma domain expert who understands how pharmaceutical businesses operate across sales, marketing, market access, and patient engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong experience working with pharma commercial teams and can translate business needs into insights, processes, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support commercial teams across Brand, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Market Access with domain expertise.
- Work closely with cross-functional pharma stakeholders to understand business problems and propose solutions.
- Analyze commercial data (sales, forecasting, CRM, omnichannel, HCP engagement) to provide insights and recommendations.
- Partner with analytics, technology, and medical teams to design and refine commercial workflows.
- Contribute to commercial strategy discussions, business case development, and process optimization.
- Review commercial assets and ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Work with field teams (MSLs, Sales Reps, FRMs) to understand on-ground challenges and integrate insights into strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience. Strong understanding of the Commercial Pharma lifecycle – brand planning, sales operations, field force effectiveness, promotional strategies, market access, and patient support programs.Experience supporting global or regional pharma commercial teams.Ability to interpret commercial analytics (sales trends, segmentation, targeting, omnichannel performance, HCP insights).Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders including brand leads, medical affairs, analytics, and technology teams.Good understanding of compliance principles within pharma (promotional guidelines, regulatory considerations).
