Child Development Therapist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Little Gems Child Development Center located in Pathanamthitta district in Kerala . The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating child’s conditions, developing treatment plans, administering and adjusting therapy treatments, and documenting child’s progress. They will work closely with children and their families to address physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals like Speech Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologists etc. to ensure comprehensive care and participating in ongoing staff meetings and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Experience and passion for working in Pediatrics
• Relevant certifications and licenses (AIOTA) for practicing as an Occupational Therapist
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
• Experience in a clinical / healthcare setting is preferred
