Job descriptionWhat Will you do : Connect with customers who have abandoned their carts via calls, emails, and SMS to encourage completion of their purchase.-Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to generate new business opportunities.-Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand the reasons behind cart abandonment and adjust recovery strategies accordingly.-Achieve or surpass sales targets.-Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular updates to management.-Develop and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.-Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.-Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.Skills RequiredPersuasive Communication : Ability to engage and persuade customers to complete their purchases.Data Analysis : Analyzing cart abandonment data to identify trends and optimize recovery strategies.Sales Techniques : Expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and handling objections during customer interactions.CRM Proficiency : Skilled in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track recovery efforts.E-Commerce Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, and their recovery features.Marketing Automation : Experience with tools for automating email, SMS, and outreach campaigns.Experience and Education : sales, e-commerce, or customer service.Experience in abandoned cart recovery or customer retention roles.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Employment Type : Full Time, PermanentRole Category : BD / Pre SalesEducationUG : Any GraduateRole & responsibilitiesAcquire new paid clients and build trust in the company.Sales Support-5.5 to 6lpa (Only Sales Exp)Preferred candidate profileUnder Graduate Graduate both can apply with a minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience with excellent communication required.Same Day offer-Urgent Requirement(Virtual Round) -Work from OfficeConnect asap Sana@ / Shariq @ / - Annet Hr @ / NOTE : APPLY ONLY IF YOU MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.Kindly share your resume -Email ID - / NO HIDDEN CHARGES - Please refer to your friend or job seeker
