Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saket for a Design Team Lead. The Design Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of designers to deliver innovative and effective product designs. Responsibilities include project management, collaborative problem-solving, and ensuring the team meets deadlines while maintaining high design standards. The role involves aligning projects with strategic design goals, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding designers.

Effective Communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Project Management to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines effectively.

Expertise in Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design solutions.

Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies to stay ahead in the dynamic digital landscape.

Proven problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Educational qualifications in design, visual arts, or related fields are preferred.
