Mining Manager

Responsibilities

Mining Compliances as per Mining Acts & Rules.

Using various techniques to determine the best method of mining & planning.

Monitoring Operations, optimum utilization of equipment, resource planning, equipment deployment etc for goal attainment.

Managing the daily drilling & Blasting and Loading & Transport Operations on several faces.

Ensuring resourceful operations & maintenance of mines including heavy mining machinery.

Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of Machines and personnel.

Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programmes to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance.

Training Mining Officials, Staff and competent persons as per Mining statute.

Working on succession planning of the workforce, rendering guidance to the staff & resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious work environment.

Qualifications

BE / B Tech / M Tech in Mining Engineering with relevant experience.

Must Possess First Class Mining Competency Certificate
