SAP SuccessFactors LMS – Job Description (Brief & Point-wise)

Role : SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Experience : [Typically 3–8 years]

Location : Navi Mumbai , Airoli

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) module.
• Work on requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation of LMS functionalities.
• Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., PMGM, EC) and external systems.
• Manage learning assignments, curricula, items, programs, and user data setup.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and post-implementation.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational learning needs.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices for optimization.
• Work with Linkedln Learning implementation with SAP Success Factor.
