Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Singapore / US Tax Associate. The Tax Associate will be responsible for managing tax compliance, preparing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws. Daily tasks will include providing taxation support to clients, conducting research on tax regulations, and assisting with financial recordkeeping. The role also involves identifying tax-saving opportunities and ensuring all financial activities align with current compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
• Strong understanding of Tax and Tax Law
• Foundational knowledge and expertise in Finance
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Enrolled Agent / Chartered Accountant or CPA) are a plus
• Experience in corporate tax advisory or compliance services will be advantageous
