Senior Credit Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development
• Develop and test segmentation models and collection strategies (e.G., call prioritization, Field allocations).
• Support A / B testing for new strategies, channels, or customer treatments.
• Connects with collection team to refine contact and recovery strategies.
• Predictive Modeling & Insights
• Work with data science teams to develop predictive models for collections (e.G., propensity-to-pay, RF probability, Recovery).
• Use analytical tools to optimize resource allocation and improve recovery rates.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with Collection ,risk teams to align on recovery goals.
• Communicate analytical insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure all strategies adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve .
