Job descriptionDesign and develop detailed travel itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of solo travelers. Coordinate all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences. Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise, and ensuring travelers have a positive experience. Manage travel groups, facilitating introductions and interactions among group members, and ensuring everyone's needs are met. Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips. Conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities that can be incorporated into future travel packages. Gather feedback from travelers to continually improve and refine travel packages and services.
