Key Requirements
15–18 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment.
Proven track record in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and business scaling.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
Excellent client relationship skills and experience with enterprise accounts.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Understanding of hiring across industry in non-IT domains would be an added advantage
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
