Job Summary :

We are hiring experienced Civil Engineers for building and construction projects across East Africa . The role involves on-site supervision of day-to-day construction activities , ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on site experience in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings (not roads or infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for building projects.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate between Client, Consultants, site teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Support contract management for medium-sized building projects.
• Monitor material usage and maintain on-site inventory control.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to project management.
• Ensure timely completion of civil works as per project schedule.
• Oversee structural work, masonry, finishing, and related construction activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Candidate Profile :
