Role Description
- Obtain competitive quotations : Request and secure detailed quotes from approved suppliers for every RFQ.
- Vendor and Procurement Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in procurement activities.
- Inventory Planning & Stock Optimization : Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability. Logistics & Delivery Coordination : Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Demand Forecasting & Order Fulfillment : Analyze demand trends and sales data to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Compliance, Documentation & Cost Control : Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation while optimizing procurement and logistics costs
We’re Looking For :
Minimum 2 years of proven experience (Supply Chain Executive roles
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
CRM Knowledge
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
