Role Purpose :
This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through innovative product development and effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand goals with business objectives.
Identify untapped market opportunities (white spaces) through consumer insights and market analysis.
Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
Lead the development of new products, ensuring they meet consumer needs and brand standards.
Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to launch innovative products that drive category growth.
Coordinate all aspects of new product launches, including marketing campaigns, packaging design, and distribution logistics.
Ensure timely and successful launches by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee the design and development of packaging that reflects brand identity and appeals to target consumers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
Manage consumer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Foster a consumer-centric approach across the organization.
Supervise a team of consumer affairs coordinators and other relevant staff.
Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Allocate and manage brand budgets effectively to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
Monitor ROI on marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with advertising agencies, distributors, and other external partners to execute brand strategies.

Skills and Qualifications :
MBA Preferred with 5+ years of experience brand management or a related role, with experience in product development and marketing strategy.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of consumer trends, market dynamics, and product development processes.
