Job Description :

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CG Cloud, and Marketing Cloud .
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Deployments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
• Review vendor deliverables, enforce coding standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Facilitate joint solutioning workshops, sprint planning, and technical reviews.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, DMS, CTI,CDP) using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
• Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and performance optimization across all Salesforce clouds.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow automation.
