Sales Trainer

The Sales Trainer at Concentrix delivers client-focused training and evaluates sales calls to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. This role addresses new hire, product update, and recursive training requirements, supporting superior workforce preparation and quality assurance.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities :

• Training Delivery : Direct agents in training, monitor progress, provide feedback, and make readiness recommendations.
• Presentation and Facilitation : Utilize creative training techniques, adult learning methods, and effective presentation skills.
• Training Materials : Prepare and present materials through classroom learning and hands-on demonstrations.
• Performance Metrics : Achieve individual training performance metrics.
• Operations Support : Ensure smooth transition of agents to production, maintaining competency levels.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated by attending meetings, taking calls, and observing.
• Communication : Maintain effective communication with managers, peers, and clients.
• Instructional Design : Support design and development of training materials.
• Program Evaluation : Use feedback methods to measure and enhance training effectiveness.
• Client Engagement : Present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Daily Tasks : Perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including JCL, TTQ, and ATA.
• Quality Assurance : Evaluate sales calls, monitor SOP adherence, collaborate with teams, and provide feedback.
• Reporting : Regularly report on quality, compliance, and performance metrics.
