Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager- Store & Spares

Essential Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical and MBA or PGD (Operations / SCM). Familiarity with Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, SAP, and / or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software. Understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories.

Essential Experience : 6 to 8 years relevant experience

Key Roles / Responsibilities :

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in process or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of metallurgical and machining processes.
• Proficient in techno-commercial discussions with stakeholders.
• Well-versed in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP MM (Material Management) and familiarity with other sourcing tools.
• Capable of managing procurement processes and inventory controls in a manufacturing context.
• Skilled in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to contribute to process optimization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of cost-efficiency and quality in supply chain operations.
