Role : Tech Co-Founder (with Investment)

We’re looking for a visionary Tech Co-Founder who will own the technology strategy, architecture, and execution for Go Extra Mile. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build and scale a high-growth mobility-tech platform from the ground up.

What You Will Lead

Define and execute the entire technology roadmap

Architect scalable systems for millions of users

Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

Oversee backend, mobile, web, DevOps, and security

Drive product execution in alignment with business goals

Conduct deep research on emerging tech and mobility trends

Collaborate closely on strategy, growth, and long-term planning

Represent the company in tech, investor, and ecosystem conversations

Equity + Investment

As a true co-founder, you will :

• Receive equity ( Discussed based on contribution & investment)
• Contribute a mutually agreed seed-level investment
• Participate in long-term wealth creation as the company scales
• Play a central role in high-impact financial and strategic decisions
