Key Responsibilities-
1. Employee Engagement & Experiences-
Conceptualize, plan, and executeend-to-end engagement activities— from fun Fridays and festive celebrations to learning workshops, wellness sessions, and design-inspired experiences.Curateunique, PR-worthy activitiesthat bring creativity and brand storytelling together — for example, mural painting sessions with renowned artists in Kolkata, community drives, or creative installations that double as team-bonding moments andphoto backdrops for Nestasia’s social presenceManage vendors, budgets, and cross-department coordination for all engagement events and experiences.2. Internal Culture & Connection
Buildinternal sub-communitieslike Women of Nestasia, creative circles, and cross-functional hobby clubs that foster genuine bonding.Act as aconfidant and listener, helping identify and address team pain points informally while fostering trust and positivity.Partner with HR to designRewards & Recognition programsthat truly celebrate effort, creativity, and collaboration.3. Brand Advocacy & Employer Branding
Work with HR and Marketing to strengthenNestasia’s employer brandacross platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).Strategically improveemployee review ratings(3 → 4.5) through authentic storytelling, engagement, and culture amplification.Create memorableinternal campaigns and PRable office moments— like the Sample Sale, cultural events, and creative collaborations that make Nestasia a buzzworthy workplace online and offline.4. Celebrations & Recognition
Plan and executebirthday, milestone, and achievement celebrationsthat make every team member feel special.Leadteam-bonding initiativesthat encourage collaboration across departments — from creative studio sessions to outdoor events.5. Voice of People
Serve as thebridge between teams and leadership, bringing real-time insights about people, engagement, and morale.Foster a culture ofbelonging and pride— making Nestasia one of the most sought-after places to work in the lifestyle and design space.Eligibility Criteria-
2–5 years of experience in HR, events, internal communications, or people & culture roles.Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sense — someone who understands design, branding, and people equally.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Empathetic, energetic, and full of ideas that make work feel joyful.Bonus : Background in event planning, social media, or creative industries
