Lead Generation & Qualification :
Identify potential customers through various lead generation techniques, including research, cold calling, and networking. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with field sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
Customer Engagement :
Communicate with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other virtual channels. Understand customer needs & pain points, tailor sales pitches and recommend Sifys solutions / services accordingly. (Network, Data center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services etc.) Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
Sales Process :
Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring smooth transition through the sales process. Coordinate with technical pre-sales teams to understand the requirement. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups. Negotiate deals and close sales, meet & exceed sales targets. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. Perform competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks and position Sify's offerings effectively.
