Job Summary :

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to understand client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and drive sales efforts. This role involves building strong relationships, acting as the primary contact, and ensuring project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand client requirements through detailed discussions.

Present tailored value propositions to potential clients.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Ensure timely project delivery and coordinate with project professionals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications :

Graduate or postgraduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or Civil Engineering.

Passionate about building a career in real estate.

Valid driving license and two-wheeler required.

Must own a laptop.

Week offs : Monday.

Experience :

0-2 years of experience in real estate or sales.

Skills :

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong multitasking and client management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive abilities.

Team leadership capabilities and an extroverted personality with storytelling skills.
