Job Description

• Manage workforce planning activities including capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting
• Perform Real-Time Analysis (RTA) and take corrective actions to meet SLA targets
• Create daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
• Analyze performance trends, productivity, and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with US stakeholders during the shift
• Build and automate dashboards for workforce and performance metrics
• Handle intraday management, shrinkage tracking, and staffing requirements
• Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to deliver insights
