Job description8+ years of full-time engineering experience, including 2+ years of people management in a startup or fast-paced environment . Strong proficiency in Java (Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and microservices architecture . Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems , and scalable architectures . Proven experience leading teams through 0–1 product development and scaling systems to support growth. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes a plus). Familiarity with front-end integration principles and modern development workflows. Strong foundation in version control (Git) , CI / CD pipelines , and Agile methodologies . Prior experience working in high-scale product environments . Excellent problem-solving , decision-making , and stakeholder collaboration skills.
