Enterprise Resource Planning Project Manager

Core Responsibilities :

An SAP Implementation Project Manager with 12 years of experience is typically expected to

Lead end to end SAP implementation projects including planning execution and delivery across modules like SAP Logistics Finance and Utilities

Manage cross functional teams and coordinate with stakeholder's vendors and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery

Define project scope timelines budgets and quality benchmarks using both traditional and Agile methodologies

Oversee risk management issue resolution and change control processes

Ensure compliance with client specific governance and documentation standards including project plans status reports and escalation matrices

Drive stakeholder engagement communication management and training initiatives especially in change management heavy environments

Required Skills Experience :

12 years of project management experience with at least 7 years in SAP implementation

Minimum 2 full cycle SAP ERP implementations preferably including one in the power generation or manufacturing sector

Strong domain knowledge in industries like utilities manufacturing retail or FMCG

Expertise in SAP S4HANA ECC and integration with legacy systems or B2B portals

Proficiency in project tools like MS Project JIRA and SAP Solution Manager

Experience with methodologies such as ASAP Agile and PMPPRINCE2 frameworks will ad benefits
