Job descriptionExecute manual and automated test cases. Validate functionality, performance, and usability of applications. Document test results and log defects in the tracking system (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Identify, report, and track defects through resolution. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues. Retest fixes and ensure proper resolution. Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and SDLC process. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile). Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency. Work with product owners, business analysts, developers, and project managers. Provide regular updates on testing status and risks. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). Hands-on experience in manual testing. Basic understanding of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, Cypress is a plus). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
