Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel

Our client , a leading global healthcare company, is hiring a Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel based in Mumbai .

Qualifications & Experience

• India-qualified lawyer with 11–14 years of post-qualification experience (law firm + in-house preferred).
• LL.B from a reputed institution (LL.M / CS qualification is a plus).
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation, and data privacy .
• Prior experience in multinational companies, particularly in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing , is an advantage.
• Experience in leading centralized legal support functions is highly desirable.
