Job descriptionProduce 3D models consistent with instruction, industry guidelines, and KP&J A&E standards and practices. Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to KP&J standards and practices. Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals. Maintain structural BIM / CAD files for use in the structural design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, troubleshooting). Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery. Use tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines. Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions. Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.
Qualifications :
- 0 to 3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit / BIM project delivery.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with AutoCAD software
- Strong understanding of how a building comes together
- Ability to think in 3-D
- Ability to draw sections and details with minimal input from the engineer
- Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills
- The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Yearly Bonus
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Only Bachelors in Civil (Mandatory)
- Professional experience in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : ₹15,000.00 Onwards per month
