Business Development Director – Energy / Oil & Gas
Location : Devanahalli, Bangalore
Experience : 15–20 years
We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for our precision components, assemblies, and turnkey solutions business within the Energy & Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic growth initiatives and scale revenue significantly over the next 3–4 years.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier-1 clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Partner closely with engineering & manufacturing teams to deliver customised technical solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure delivery excellence through cross-functional coordination.
- Represent the organisation at industry forums and strengthen brand presence.
Requirements :
15–20 years of BD experience in Energy / Oil & Gas, with strong technical understanding of CNC machining, assemblies, and precision manufacturing.Proven ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Engineering degree required;MBA preferred.
Experience working with global clients is an advantage.
