Associate - Enterprise Technology(Architecture)

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design :
• Support the creation of enterprise architecture frameworks across application, data, and infrastructure layers; contribute to solution design and technology roadmaps; evaluate current-state vs. target-state architectures and define transition strategies; establish architecture standards, principles, and best practices while maintaining detailed documentation.
• Collaboration & Advisory :
• Work cross-functionally to ensure architectural alignment with business goals; partner with consulting teams to provide architecture advisory support; collaborate with engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity; build internal enablement assets such as templates, playbooks, and reference models.
• Innovation & Research :
• Research emerging technologies, platforms, and integration models; contribute to IP development and assist in creating diagnostic tools with team leads.
• Communication & Leadership :
• Deliver clear presentations to leaders and stakeholders; lead client and case team discussions, communicating insights and recommendations effectively; adapt to client needs and propose realistic, actionable solutions; seek and provide constructive feedback, supporting both personal and team development.
