Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role :
We are looking for an Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist to drive B2B lead generation efforts, focusing on enterprise prospecting, qualification, and nurturing . This role is ideal for someone with a customer-centric mindset and strong conversation intelligence , capable of building rapport and trust with prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, SignalHire , and Apollo.IO .
Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to engage decision-makers.
Prioritize leads based on engagement levels and pipeline potential ( Lead Prioritization ).
Sales Outreach & Engagement
Utilize a consultative, digital-first approach to nurture prospects via calls, emails, and social selling.
Leverage Outreach, Salesloft , Gong, 6Sense, Demandbase , LinkedIn Insights, and ZoomInfo to optimize lead engagement.
Schedule meetings and build relationships to move leads through the sales funnel .
Research & Qualification
Conduct market research to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predefined B2B criteria , ensuring alignment with the sales team’s objectives.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track lead progress.
Who You Are :
Experienced in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or prospecting .
Skilled in social selling and digital engagement strategies .
Strong EQ (Emotional Intelligence) with a customer-centric approach.
Proficient with lead generation and CRM tools .
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills .
