Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) – Data Center Infrastructure & Construction Delivery

Role Purpose

• Build and run a predictable, on-time, on-budget, on-spec delivery engine across multi-site programs. Institutionalize governance from scope to handover;
• strengthen commercial discipline and collections;

elevate quality, safety, and compliance. Apply best practices from infrastructure / construction to Technavious projects, including data centers and allied industrial / campus builds.

Key Deliverables (What Success Looks Like)

proactive recovery planning.

delay analysis and acceleration strategies.

subcontractor frameworks and scorecards.

constructability reviews, mock-ups and first-time-right practices to minimize rework.

subcontractor HSE compliance and leading-indicator improvement.

for DC programs, TIA-942 / Uptime / ASHRAE readiness and client certifications (ISO / SOC / GDPR as applicable).

interface control with OEMs / EPC / GCs.

complete handover documentation (as-builts, O&M, spares / tools, training, warranties) and structured DLP closure.

KRAs, utilization / benchplans, succession and recognition tied to predictability, safety and client satisfaction.

drive lessons-learned cycles.

Candidate Profile

LEED / IGBC and commissioning / safety certifications are a plus.

First 90 Days (Outcome-Oriented)

launch ERPNext delivery dashboards (v1).

deploy vendor scorecards.

finalize talent and succession plans.

Interfaces, Authority & Work Model

must lead in-person warrooms at critical milestones.
